This time let’s go on a journey which can combines our passion for riding with our passion to do good.
On the occasion for “JOY OF GIVING WEEK (2 – 8 Oct)”, we are organizing”Ride for a Cause” event on 2nd October 2011
What’s that?
Ride for a cause, is an initiative to raise funds for LEAD foundation, a NGO working for educating underprivileged children.
In this initiative, we would together go on a journey to an exciting new location, multiplying the fun as we together help raise funds for a cause.
It is a great opportunity to make new friends, new memories and give a helping hand to a worthy cause of education.
Money Matters!
We are not charging a particular amount for this journey. You contribute what you feel is the right amount for a good cause.
90% of the money collected from individuals joining the trip will go for the cause, 10% will be spent on yummy roadside breakfast!
Where, When, How?
Event Schedule-
Ride Date: 2nd Oct
Meeting time: 7am
We would leave for our ride by 7.30 am after having a short introduction.
Ride:
Anything from Scooter to Hyabusa
Maruti 800 to Audi’s
Anything that you love to take out for spin
Destination: Either Lonavala or Malshej Ghat. We will confirm the place soon. (Don’t worry we won’t take you to any of these crowded place, we are searching for a quite place on the way where we can enjoy and relax without comprising the safety.)

What is LEAD?
LEAD stands for Love, Education and Aspiration to change Destinies; it is a completely volunteer driven NGO working for underprivileged kids since the last three years. Today, there are centers of LEAD in Airoli, Ghansoli (parts of Navi-Mumbai, Maharashtra) and Lavhali (a tribal village in Thane district).
